If you hear the local lingo of these motorcycle mechanics in Khi, you will want to plug your ears, apparently honda cg125 has a unique musical engine sound.

Facepalm!!

Forgetting its an aircooled agricultural level aluminium alloy, noisy as hell engine. These same mechanics also do moronic acts like installing the piston with minimal clearance (pishtamm khud jaga banadega as if an aluminium piston can machine an iron bore) balance a crankwheel with hammers, seal engine with garbage level sealants etc.

I was overhauling my cd 70. Went to Honda 3S. The ustaad ji there purchased all parts and said kharaad wala 1200 lay ga cylinder main piston daalnay ka. I said ye cylinder naya nai milta? He said milti hay poori assembly. Magar wo 2000 ki hay. 800 rupay ziada lagain gay. I said ustaad foran assembly lo dont bore purana cylinder. And bike is running fine for last 1 year

That lathe guy hates you for not giving him money!

This is how most mechanics operate now in Pk, if you dig deeper, out that 1200, about 400 is the mechanics kickback.

those lathe folks will completely mess up the factory dimensions of the piston and cylinder. its impossible for them to actually follow the dimensional tolerance.

i have worked on the actual machine line at atlas where those cd70 pistons and cylinders were machined on CNCs.
