D Gear Mode Blinking in City aspire.. What cud b the problem?

Hello guys today I faced this problem in my City Aspire 2015 mode Suddenly the D gear mode start blinking.. I put the gear mode in D3 then still D gear mode was blinking, I stopped the car put the car in Parking mode but still same.. Then I turned up off the engine for 2-3 mins, started the car again and it was fine after.. No blinking..

If the blinking has gone then probably the fault has gone too. Most probably it was a minor electronic glitch and restarting solved it.

Im not an expert but check gear oil.it might be an indication tht gear oil needs replacement.usually its changed after 40000 kms

I think it's a kind of an indication about the transmission oil being heated up because of the outside temperature.
The best way to solve it is to turn the car off and let it stay like that in some shade for almost half an hour to one hour for its transmission oil to cool down.

Well error gone after I turn of the engine for 3-5 mins

Check transmission cooler lines from radiator
