Asalam o alikum
Well m already using a 12.5kva generator with toyota 5A-FE engine ..but this time making a bigger 1.
Now engine is 1G-FE (2.2L,6 cylinder) and kaijieli generator motor of 15 kva ...most of the work is done at home by me and my father and my brother
right now havnt started the engine but hope tonight we will give it a start..
i could take the pix when putting on engine and motor...srry for that

Please tell us a breakdown of costs involved and this being a very powerful generator also tell us about how much costs would be involved in making generators with 660cc or lesser powered engines.

how much Killo watts
or how many lights , fans and Ac
also share the fuel consumption on full load and 1/2 load
also noise level

we want to test it up to 60amp but normally we want a normal run upto 40-45 amp....which mean totally we can use 3 ac (1.5ton) and full house load (arnd 7-10 light,5-8 fans,2tv ref, deep freezer microwave oven and water motor)
