Hey Shazi, its simple. See I have old Alpine player with no any USB or AUX port. So the only way I can give external input is using FM frequency. So I got this MP3 pre and connect it with FM Modulator. Now the songs are played via this MP3 Pre and its output is given to FM modulator circuit. The FM modulator is transmitting these songs at frequency of 87.7Mhz, I tuned my Apline Player to same 87.7Mhz frequency and listen the songs.

The built-in FM modulator USB player doesn't generate good quality audio, so that's why I used this External MP3 pre.

@shazi_00: I'm sorry friend, I guess I have missed you half question. This Pre need 5 volts to work but in Battery it give 12 volts. So if you noticed in pictures I have used a small transistor, it regulates the 12 volts to 5 volts. Also for speakers, since its transmitting the FM Frequency so my CD Player is working and speakers are already connected with it.

hey i have few quiestions
can u connect the AUX of the mp3 player directly to the cd player ? and plug the usb in would it work no need of FM modulator

Well yes this is possible if you have Aux option in your CD Player. Then you directly give output of this MP3 in your player's AUX port so that won't be any need of FM Modulator.

But in my case I don't have any AUX and USB port in my CD Player, so that's why I used FM Modulator.

Thanks man... well yes usually these FM Modulator's sound producing module stop working after a while. But I have replaced that part with this MP3 Pre so Hopefully it won't give any problem. Also I'm looking for another kind of FM Modulator, I was not able to find it here in Multan so I may try at Lahore. If found then I'll replace this FM Transmitter and again post the pics

Mehmood, these kits still operates at 5 volts. I have used a transistor to regulates the volts, the transistor number is "LM7850" it will cost you Rs.10/- only and its very easy to install. Means center point is ground/common and on its right point you give 12 volts and on its left point it will produce 5 volts.

For volts stability you can connect 1000 uF capacitor as well (but its optional)

lala ji aik aur query, circuit plate par tu printed hai 5-12 volt, i directly attached it to 12 volt, yahee waja tu nahi k iss ki ballay ballay ho gaye any ways its gone and i think they work on 5 volts thats why the techee man was searching for diode on it, ok no problem have to get a new one, what about LM7850, your pin configuration will be valid if head sink of the transistor will be on the far side, the black front will be facing towards me, right?? if i am not wrong the capacitor you are talking about is already on the board
