I need to know how one adjusts timing on an NZ engine. (You only time it once with timing cover removed), there is no "play" to adjust like a distributor. I know for a fact that it will start even with a disconnected cam sensor or even the cams upto 2 teeth offset.
The engine will start but run like absolute dog poop. But will start!
I dont quite understand why people think that because they have an internet voice they can toot their horn by claiming they are “layman” first and then lean into dissing a business/person/entity based on facts that are laughable.
I had tons and tons of such shmartt customers who eventually would cave when presented with providing proof of wrongdoing. Usually trying to mooch money.
As soon as I hear the "pulse checking" statement, specially when augmented by "checking 4 places rather than one" without any explanation of where these 4 places are I immediately subtract all credibility of their working knowhow.
