hey there, i am facing a problem in my swapped d15b vtec honda civic 1988 ef, problem is that rpm is going up and down and not adjusting. is this a sensor problem ? some mechanics are saying its map sensor problem and some are saying its timing problem. car is not starting on first sulf in morning and when it starts produces black smoke and petrol smell don't know why its happening in fact car is not standing or rpm. i have to put accelerator all the time, any idea that which sensor isn't working properly or what the problem it is.?
