Assalam-o-Alaekum everyone, I wanted to know whether you could either connect me with someone or guide me if it's possible to convert the manual transmission to automatic.
A little bit of context, I actually have a civic '95 which was refitted with the D17 engine with manual transmission. I'm trying to convert the transmission to automatic and have been in contact with a few people regrading it, the only note able thing that happened within those conversations was that the guy initially quoted me a price for changing the transmission but later backed out by saying this engine does not have an automatic transmission and he can refit its old engine with auto. This made me lose confidence in him, I'm not much of a car guy to begin with so I would like to hear from you guys. If it's not a parts issue, can you help connect me with someone that can make it happen?
