my car is eating alot of oil, but i dono wanna go for an overhaul rite now, mechanic is suggesting me to put thick oil in it, my question is wat garde oil should i use, thats thick enuf not to be vaporize from the tail pipe and thin enuf to do the lubrication job, currently am using using Shell HX-5 10w40.

thanks for the effort but these specs are for rebuilding the engine . I am looking for the timing values for the exhaust valve which are called Exhaust Open BBDC and Exhaust close ATDC both these values are in degrees. thanks

Sorry, but I didn't find the valve timing. Any specific reason you need these values?

finally i ve changed the gear box and installed five gear in my car for about 13000 rs....today i drove all the way from lhr to bwp through out ac and the mileage was almost 190on a.c:) but just one thing i guess the mechanic forgot to retune my car for fifth gear as some times when i slowed from fifth to 4th gear the car would shut down....so my question is Should i retune the car or adjust the c.n.g settings for a.c ?????????

There is nothing to tune for 5th gear, just make sure the VSS is connected and working.

My woo's battery is dead. Suggest me the best battery fro my woo with rates of both Maintenance free and Acid batterys

You can go for any DIN/low profile "L" type battery. I am using AGS555 55AH acid battery bought from "Pir Wadhai" for Rs.7500 two years back. It is working nicely.

in recent rains, sufficient water penetrated in the foot area, more on left side and less on right side, only front area not the rear one.

two rubebrs were missing on the floor on both sides which have been placed now.

Their is water flow pype beneath the black AC fan blower cover in the engine bay, it was choked with mud earlier, now its opened but i doubt that still water does not flow out from it. if its still choked, then water may be flowing inside the sitting area? is it so...

is there any other culprit area to be checked?

Another thing to ask, that there is almost 2 to 3 inch thick foam insulation below the dashboard wall (adjacnt to engine bay). its probably to resist the engine heat?
if i intend to remove it and place new foam/namda on the floor and on wall, should the thickness of 2-3 inch be maintained, if so, with ordinary foam/namda or???

1. If water is still dropping from the AC water collection tray, there is a possibility the insulation material behind the tray area, sandwiched between the firewall and cooling coil, is either missing or damaged.

2. You can put new foam/namda provided the thickness is maintained.

i also want to know that the rear springs of my woo are not in good condition when three people sits on back seat of the car the rear springs don't play their role and some times the tyre hits with the motor guard there is no gap between the tyres and motor guard i consult this issue with the mechanic he says that the packing is already there but springs are not working properly so i changed the springs with the qabli one but of no use the car is now in worse position i went to murree kohala it makes a very bad sound and car looks are also spoiled i want to insatall 14" rim in my car but where can i get the good quality spring in the market there are only old springs that are of no use i want to get the ceilo spring any one have any knowledge regarding this issue please suggest me the shop where i can get the good springs i have tried it in chah sultan.

When 3 people sits at the back along with CNG cylinder in the boot, you will often feel that on bumps that the rear suspension touches it's maximum limit, but the tyre shouldn't touch the mud-guard in any case. The only solution to this problem is to search for harder compatible spring from any other car (Not from Racer/Cielo). You will compromise on the ride quality, but you would be able to put extra load in your car. I have no idea of any specific shop in twin cities regarding springs, you have to search for it in Chah Sultan and Saddar market. Better take a sample spring of your car with you.

Yes I am going to design a 4-2-1 exhaust header for G15SF and tune it to a specific RPM range for example for mid level torque at 3500 i would tune it to for racing performance at 5500 RPM that's why i need these values. For down piping you need exact value to calculate P1 P2 and P lengths for exaust header..

i want to ask one thing that i want to use the cielo interior in my woo the door panels and the dash board panels can it be converted? my car's interior is in very bad look so i want to change the look and secondly i want to good electrician in pindi or islamabad who can check the complete wiring and resovle the wiring issues the interior wiring,digi and engine wiring.how much the interior will cost and from where i can get it and also the electrician who can solve the issue the ECM wiring is in good condition only the cars's interior wiring is not working fine some issues are there so i want to check it thoroughly.please let me know a good electrician.
