It's drive can be compared to any comfortable car, you won't feel bumps on any bumpy road.

tick tick noise can be of the CNG solenoid, somehow the shifter can be touching the solenoid wire when your car is in 3rd gear. The vibration could be due to the same solenoid, connectors being loose/corroded.

im going to get it checked as its really annoying.....n i guess some cng setting still need to b adjusted as i installed advancer..n may b then the engine noise may settle down.im going tomorw to install toyota break servo..then see to all problems...

Which alternator did you install? What is the amperage? The red battery light/charging light can indicate both under charging and over charging. Make sure the alternator is working fine (14-15V range). Get it checked by battery shop.

As far as electric issues are concerned, install the following relays if not already installed:

1. Blower Fan Relay
2. AC power Relay
3. Indicator Power Relay
4. Brake Light Relay
5. Reverse Light Relay

Also route the radiator fan main power via 30A power fuse (the large fuse with transparent plastic cap) instead of standard 30A fuse (shared with the horn)

the alternator is of nissan n i guess u may be right that it may b overcharging....coz mechanic said its of 90 amp....n that u can now run everything on it....ac power relay was taken out n fan was made direct coz the relay shortcircuited every other day n the fan wouldnt stop even after the car was switched off leading to the weakened battery. other relays im nt sure r there or not...i wish i had half the knowledge that u ve coz most of the times mechanics do watevr they think is best infront of them not listening to the owner....but i will try to sort this out....thx alot TESTDRIVER.

i desparately need advise......the tivking sound was actually car missing....yesterday i took car to mechanic to install new toyota breaks..after installing them the car was ok..ewe tried the new breaks but after wards the car started missing much more n loydly...wen ever i accelerated it would start phat phat n then go smooth on idle....the mechanic tried his best to his knowledge but he couldnt understand the problem..n said i should scan my car as it may b due to wiring....i installed new distributoa cap n rotor on his saying but car behaviour didnt change....im just frustrated..my two whole days ve been spent on this..istalling breaks has proved so troublesome for me...now it looks like im driving some diesel engine... feels so heavy...im tired n out of options...i took car to some other socalled daewoo specialist n he said he has to open the head as the fault may lie with in....i told him about engine overhaul but he said he has to open the head to see the problem or else i should take the car to same mechanic...wen i asked him if this opening woulf weaken the engine he said opening head doesnt weaken the engine...but from my previuos one exp i think it does weaken it....now i ve come to 3rd mechanic to get his view...else i would be forced to visit isb..plz give me advise...if anyone can figure it out.....the missing starts right after acceralation wen the car is on idle n then it subsides...n it remains both on cng n petrol....the engine is heavy with lots of noise aswell...plz advise.....:((

now even the 2nd mechanic who was actually an electician says dat head needs to be opened..not the whole head but the cam above containing injectors....he think one of the valve must ve dirt stuck in it...he also advised to run the car as it is but on petrol.....or change the oil n run it with out opening the head or go to the same mechanic n get its injectors cleaned....i wonder why my mechanic didnt figure it out as he seems so apt at wat he does....im so pissed off at the entire situation....i ve to go to bwp on sat n with advancer installed i was finally happy that my car was all ok...newly overhauled engine...even i replace parts regularly wenever required....but still the problem....now im started to think if buying it was such a good idea after all....

You mean that the car started missing after installation of new brake servo? It means that there is some vacuum problem causing the missing! There might be a faulty vacuum valve, the vacuum adapter or leak servo. Do you hear any hissing sound within cabin, while the engine is running?

well.....i m right now in mechanic shop...got the injectors cleaned but the problem still persisted...so now he is opening the head and before that he took out the plugs and checked the valve pressure and one valve seemed to ve low pressure..so now he has decided to take off the head to see the condition. as per his say the word was carried out on valves during overhaul....i just hope im over with this night mare.....as i m going home tomorow....

u were right testdriver..something was wrong with the head...fortunately the mechanic had a spare there so he put it in n dat stoped the problem....costed me 6000 in all with labour n also in exchange for my cars head....n i also said to mechanic dat if there is any problem with this one then he is going to b responsible for next replacement....i just hope evrything remains fine...

its really hard to trust mechanic these days n really hard to find a good one who knows how the job is done....the mechanic i go to seems reliable n he also overhauled SHAH ji car which is working fine but after recent set of events im started to doubt him aswelll but the again...got no choice ....be careful poeple dnt trust every person blindly...

unlikely for me.....my car did something again...the cars generator is not charging the battery at all...it went all ok on my way to bwp with not a single bleep on the battery light...even wen i travelled at night with full headlights but here just day before eid as i was travelling from multan to bwp..2nd day after my arrival...the batery light lit on but i thought it was just as usual as it used to do in the past...but this time it was diferent as after a while car started to jerk on 2nd n 3rd gear n finally thx to Allah it went to stop in Lodhran relatively a small town at least....took it home with great dificulty....i wonder how the charger went completely dead just in a day when it didnt even show any sign of weakness all the way from lahore to bahawalpur just a day back...and also one more noticeable fact was, at one point when i applied breaks a little forcefully the batery light which was lit very highly just went off for a while completely but then again it started lightening up...i hope some one in my small city is expert enuff to diagnose the problem..i believe it must be wiring problem as some of the wiring is loose near the fuse box with multiple joints...but most poeple just think its generator fault which i just bought a month back..lets see what happens....hopefully it will be confirmed on wednesday or thursday...plz do pray for me...

Disconnect the main battery lead from the alternator, and secure it. Then start the engine, install a test lamp between terminal of alternator and earth, if test light lamp glows, it means that alternator is OK. Otherwise alternator may be faulty. But before removal of the alternator, make sure that drive belt is tight enough to drive the alternator at full RPM. For more clarifications call me @ 03217952598 (Asif)
