it took me alot of time to convert these images and attach them here....im not a bog user of internet so hopefully u can make out the manual in these pictures....and i will upload pics of advancer later.....

After looking at the pictures, it has one pin blank, so it is not designed to get the TPS reference. By instructions in the manual, it looks like a timing retarder. If this is the case then the settings done by @shah73 should also work for you. By the way, do you see any wire cut from the wiring coming from ECM to distributor (4 wire harness/grip)? The ECM timing reference wire is violet color that needs to be cut to achieve the desired timing advance/retard by any external device.

i will check out if that wire coming from ECM is cut or not....and also take pics today and post here...also like to tell that advancer is working well coz my car's engine doesn't knock at all on petrol while on CNG settings...so it means i should advancethe distributor between 5 and 9 as recommended earlier to get optimum CNG performance and engine wont knock as advancer will work its way...i will try it and see what happens.

It is not always the timing problem when the car takes longer to start. It can be some sensor problem, weak coil, weak pickup coil, router, even petrol + CNG mixing, starter problem (low RPM) etc.
The ignition timing can be set by shorting the ALDL connector's pin A and B and using a timing gun.

oh yes now that u mentioned it..i guess its the low RPM coz i recently had CNG setting done after which the car is taking longer to start both on CNG and petrol...where as before it was starting on ist sulf on petrol and wasnt taking too long on CNG as well....
here r the wiring pics of advancer..wires were a mess so i hope u can just make out..else i will explain aswell....

these r the pics.......the yellow wire to ground...
blue wire to blue wire of CNG
RED wire to positive terminal of COIL.
BROWN wire to negative terminal of COIL
BLACK wire was attached a wire which was coming from distributor n was with someother 6 wires grouped together....

Daewoo's genuine compressor is also reversible, means it produces hot air in winter.
what if sanden compressor is installed in the daewoo?
Normally in winter season, radiator fan is amde automatic, two specific water pypes are placed back and this mechanism helps to get the hot air. But actually this mechanism does not work on long routes because rapid inflow of cold air in the engine cabin does not allow the temprature to rise, hence hot air can't be produced.

is there any fault in the above mentioned mechanism. (i would have to check the thermostat valve whether or not its there in the engine)
is it possible to install some other heater componant in the car??

In given scenario, missing item is surely the Thermostat Valve. If it is placed there in winter, it ensures a min. engine temparature to be maintanied and u'll get hot air / heater even in chilling weather and on moterway too.

I want to clarify that the daewoo ac compressor is no different than other ac compressor in functioning. There is nothing like reversible

Do you have RPM installed in you car? There could be many reasons for the problem you have described. How is the acceleration of your car in other gears? How much it goes in first gear? if it is doing 45 Km/h, the clutch is in good condition. Most probably it is settings issue, to check, try driving your car on petrol (be sure that everything related to petrol is in working condition :))

I donot have RPM.I acted on ur instructions,the car achieved speed of 40km/hr but I could feel alot of burden on engine.I also ran it on pet but it started knocking on a sudden acceleration.

i am willing to know that how much one traveled in one sitting either on petrol or on CNG.

I traveled 165Kilometer in one sitting on CNG, not tried on Petrol.

I am owner of a Daewoo car for last 2.5 years. Recently my car was giving a sound and when I should to mechanic he said that there is play in the Crank and we will need to overhaul the engine and replace it.

I would like to have your opinion on following two questions:

i would suggest you to replace your daewoo's engine, as overhaul is not satisfactory.

786 is rt I second him because of my own experience.Get a good clean kabli engine and do not sell ur old engine in exchange.They give Rs 2/3k of ur engine and when u go to them for even a CAM with casing they charge Rs 2/3k.

Today I got my rides brakes over hauled.Discs and brake pads were ok so not changed.Caliper kit and rear washers were changed.Total exp 1600 Rs with lab.Here in Hyd it is very difficult to maint woo for obvious reasons.Mech told me that discs and rear drums are weak.Can any one guide me if these parts are aval new or old is the only option.Please quote prices if known.Thx

BUT in case u dnt ve a timing gun then how do u set the ignition timing? i ve been watching videos on youtube but it doesnt say much on how to set timings on an old car like racer...and also when u dnt ve timing gun coz i read its quite expensive to buy.....

I got my engine overhauled from Mian Khan Rwp about two weeks ago in Rs 26000/-.I am satisfied with his work howver fuel consumption is heavy on petrl i.e. About 6 Km/L in city.Can any one comment about it.Mian Khan told me thjat there is some problem in Electric system that leads to proper supply of petrol in carborator.
