in a few cases i have seen same shape cars with two different names manufactured by toyota and Daihatsu For example

Toyota Passo - Daihatsu Boon
Toyota Rush - Daihatsu Terios - Daihatsu Bego

so may be Toyota camry on Daihatsu plant will be Altis .......i am not sure but my guess

Toyota shared highend vehicles with lexus while small mid market is mostly through daihatsu.. the last shape of vitz [05-10] is now daihatsu charade
