Daihatsu Charade 1986

Day 1st
Today started this project restoring 1986 G30 Diesel Turbo charade which was converted to petrol 1000 cc by previous owner he said change to petrol cause Diesel engine was too loud charade 30 % in its original Paint which include roof side pillars and interior rest all colored and some places on doors too much putty used going to remove all previous paint from outside

Roof still in original color but faded

few places heavily rusted

right side pillar got crack and rust

DAY 12th
Denting continue charade almost stripped and naked all dents removed and new footboard installed on both side .

fortunately after removing seat covers found original seat covers they are

in good shape soo removed and washed with fabric softener they look brand new and refitted by self also done some shopping for charade
1. New Bumper both front and back

2. New fenders both right and left but they need too much adjustments soo denter said car previous fenders much better then desi fenders .

3. front and back light

with bumper indicator

4. After market Side mirrors both left and right side

5. New stickers and badges

two days ago charade got painted
