Daihatsu Coure Gear issue

My Daihatsu Coure Gear is not working its like free as moving . Just 1st gear is working. What could be the issue and resolution?

What do you exactly mean by free? Like is it not engaging in the gears or it goes in gear and the clutch starts slipping?
