Daihatsu Esse 2011 model need help

hi frnds how u doing awl....dost loog i need help in daihatsu esse like......

-i want front n back sports bumper. (pic attached)
-(tips) how can i lift the car from back what i feel the spring of my car is soft if two ppl sits on backside my cars is inchs away from ground.
-the cd player of the cant be change as it has half piece of dash board how can i replace that (pic attached) i have seen some esse (car) with different front panel (pic attached ) from where i can get that.

what is its mileage inside and outside city?
