Daihatsu Hijet steering adjustable or not? Engine oil dipstick?

I just got daihatsu hijet n i want to know if steering can b adjusted or not....

n one more thing where its engine oil dipstick located to check engine oil ?

Steering wheel is not adjustable.
Engine oil dipstick can be accessed by lifting the driver side seat. It's quite small and a bit deep inside but you will see it.
