the engine is pretty robust itself unless someone has monkeyed with it and destroyed it.
If its real bad that you are seeing wrong fuel and load PIDs with correct and true inputs and your engine cannot maintain a good solid vacuum in the inlet manifold then you need to resolve that by repair.
