Daihatsu mira 2009 model fuel average issue

Salam everyone,
I am facing an issue of fuel economy in my 2009 model mira which is driven about 75K km.
It's fuel average is 11kmpl in city with ac and 15kmpl on the highway.
I recently charged its spark plugs and engine oil(5W-30) but no improvement on fuel economy.
Note: It is not an eco idle version
Its and 4speed Normal automatic(NON CVT)
Suggest me someways I can increase the mileage.
Do suggest me some japanese caf mechanics in accordance with Lahore city.

I don’t think a non-cvt will give more than 12-13max.
