Daihatsu Mira 2013 cooling fan starting temperature

Dear all,
I have mira e:s 2013 , i have a feeling that engine temp. is getting high. Took my obd reader and hooked it with my app. The radiator fan starts at exectly 101'C and shuts down at 98'C. Checked it around 10 times , every time i hit the same reading.
Took my car to Mr. Irshad , Jameel autos , he said that it should start at 95'C , your car is over heating.
Can some one kind enough to tell me who owns Mira 2012 to 2016 that at what temperature the cooling fan kicks in and shuts off.
With Ac it runs continuously.

check radiator motor speed change carbon brush or replace it

Nothing wrong with the motor , just want to know at what coolant temp the fan turns on

maximum 96-97 degrees for petrol cars.for mira 2009 kf engine 95 degree is fan running temperature.if nothing goes wrong in your car like knocking or vibration on pickup then check ur obd device or app .get temp reading from generic device for peace of mind. temp should not reach 100+ degree in any situation for small cars.

I couldn't find this information anywhere for Daihatsu. Please clean your coolant temperature sensor with mild acid just to be safe.

The thermostats should be opening at 88.2 C. If your coolant reached 101 C, then something doesn't feel right.

Is your reservoir bottle filling up and emptying? Is the coolant being reduced?

In order to receive help, please explain the symptoms in detail.

As per some mechanics , Mira e:s 2012 onwards , engine runs hotter to achieve better fuel average, dont know about that. Mabye thats why thermostat opens at 95'C and fan runs at 101'C
All i requested if some can verify if thats true by hooking obd and watch at what temperature the cooling fan starts.

there is very strong possibility that thermostat valve is of wrong specs.
Daihatus / Toyota 3 cylinder engine(s) uses the same thermostat valve of 82C fans kicks in at 88C as in any Suzuki 3 cylinder engine. Change the thermostat valve 1st. Make sure that when opening the flange if there is a rubber ring, around valve new one goes in flange with that rubber seal.

Find the service manual first.
If it's starting exactly at 101C and ECT is also returning the correct value then maybe that's how it is programmed. Whereas only manual can confirm that.
