Can you specify in which form light is blinking? If it's in with orange light than usually it means that u r facing tuning issues and need to get it tuned up for EFI systems with support of professional tools and machines. If this is a cause we might help you in that tuning issue (if available in khi, you can visit us) . If eco idle light is blinking in green form than it need to be done with calibration. For all people I want to clarify that green light blinking ll not stable by negative terminal even if you ll remove it's ECU from car though. You must in need to calibrate it. In both blinking lights ( orange or green) eco idle and idle stop ll not work, not a single time untill unless you ll perform such required steps and procedure. If anyone having such issue in Karachi can visit us. Inshallah we ll resolve their issues.

Boss, Orange light is blinking... and it is not turning in to green, secondly the white light if battery charging is also not coming once this orange light started to blink, before two days everything was okay since last 5 months.. and this problem started on a running car.... i dont know what happen.

Your car is for a time being in Alert Mode as your ECO IDLE changed into Orange light which means there is something electronically went wrong or you probably in need to get your EFI system tuned with computerized tuning. As for Battery alert, you need to check if you have reached to Maximum of your battery life or if you have wet cell battery than check if your liquid is up to mark and not dried already.

Rest you can visit us for thoroughly check up and solution for your car.

Bro, i got the same issue and it continue for two months, then recently my battery stop working. someone told me to recharge it from somewhere and try to continue till it works. i do the same, and on installing the battery again, Eco idle starts working. i suggest you to recharge your battery and reinstall, hope it will work if having no other issue with it.

i am in interested in buying mira es eco I have zero experience with Japanese cars can anyone please help me with some questions:

1-mileage?

2-most people say that all these care are accidental so do not buy who’s airbag is missing. how to check airbags?

3-what to check in car while purchasing

4-how to check the import sheet

5- mostly i have to travel from islamabad to lahore etc (long tour) is that 660cc engine capable of going that long with 4 person on a/c ?

6-some people say that we can not change mira’s battery with other batteries some features dont work like eco idling

Dear mkammar,

It's way right that these days mostly 660 cc cars are accidental. Just simply ask the dealer about auction report for vehicle and check it's grade which is written in sheet along with it's registration number, chasis no. To confirm if the report is for the current vehicle you are interested in it not. Also to check whether car is accidental or not the main sign is airbag which ll come after even you start the engine. To verify it properly plz keep it mind if air bag sign is coming in start or not when you just switch on the car because few dealers are doing meter tempering as well by putting a black sheet piece in a meter. As unprofessional car user I suggest to go for car sure service by pakwheels through which you ll be able to know status of the car or you can take any professional denter and mechanic with you who can check it well. However for travelling, yes it can be right choice for you even for long distances and no there is no issue persists while changing the battery however the suggestion is dry battery of 50 amp.

Further to my post plz make sure the car eco idle is working well in green color and not in orange color or blinking also idle stop is working when stopping a star the engine should shut off and on driving if you are having smooth drive without any suspension noise and smooth shifting as well and in drive mode when moving again after stop the car should not stall. Rest for accidental point and for engine sound you need to have professional guidance from experts.

Hi, I am having the same issue
I think re-setting the ECU might solve it... I will post the update. As for the other questions in the thread the eco idle mode helps you save fuel and get a better economy by switching the engine off when you stop the car at red lights or in traffic jams. When you first start the car sign should go away and then after you drive for a while it should turn on as green which means the eco idle system is ready. If you press the button which is behind the steering wheel on the right side then it should appear on the display in orange which means eco idle function has been cancelled...please remember that the eco idle function will only work once the seat belt is plugged in. Hope this helps.

The issue is the battery, even if you replace it with local acid/ dry battery this issue will return in 2~3 months.

The original battery is specially made for Stop-Start cars, it has special design for quick charge as the car has to start again and again. Our batteries cannot dothat and hence loose voltage over time.

You have to live with it.
