Check air filter, spark plugs and get it tuned. Make sure idle rpm isn't over 1k and that your car bearings and brakes aren't' applying undue load on the engine.

FOR ALL MIRA OWNERS:

Mira manual trans or Mira auto but CVT gives excellent milage! Non cvt gives bad milage (floor gear).

Some questions related to ABS in MIRA.

I recently purchased a 2007 MIRA (New shape) and just wanted to know that

Whether all MIRA's have ABS
How do I know whether my MIRA has ABS Brakes or not i.e. where can I look for it (near tyres, under the hood etc)
Does ABS works at speed below 50 km/h

@sarmadm, this is a device or an ABS controller. you can see it under the hood on right side.

Hi guys. Went through the comments and like them. I have Mira 2006 with beige interior and beautiful meters. Not seen in any other car as yet.
Te problem I am having is that my car starts knocking in slow speed pickup or gear change after driving for few kilometres with ac on. Tried changing oil and rest of the things related to it but no use. Can somebody with firsthand experience guide me through it??

The other thing is that its rear suspension of this car is soft originally and creates problem so I managed to find proper solution by replacing it with the one of Toyota Duet. which fits bolton. Now even with four adults and two kids doesn't give any problem.

As far as average is concerned, I drive this car very carefully and it does 13 max with ac on clear roads.

Hope I have answered to many questions but will appreciate if I also get a solution of my problem.

I have followed this thread sin long, and almost have read all comments. let me share my experience with MIRS 2007 / 4WD two door.
I purchased it in Jan 2013 and run it petrol till Mar 2013. found per ltr around 14 in city & 16-17 during high way drive. letter on friend of mine was selling New CNG (Lambda System). and on credit he sold it to me. I installed it in My MIRA.
So my Experience with CNG is also Fantastic, it has better pick with AC then Cultus (with assurance) great millage (400 fill give me 120-140 with AC ) consider it i am bad driver, usually drive very fast. No Issue since Mar while driving on CNG and also never re tuned it since Mar 2013. it gives me comfort, pleasure while driving on CNG.
My habbit is i used to change Engine Oil at every 2000 KM, clean air Filter every week, and check other necessities fortnightly.

A problem that needs your attention

Probably cabin air filter is chocked and blower sometimes refuses to start..tap under the bonnet and it will start, switch off the car and start again later and it wont start

Remove dash box, u'll c a tray over there with lock both sides! Pull out the tray very carefully and install the filter after washing it with surf.
Btw some of miras dont have cabin filter system!

Um unable to locate any tray.there are two clips but dont see any thing could come out...there are lot of bolts holding the white box - the blower, filter, heater system...
