Daihatsu Move Noise / Grating feel

i just bought a Daihatsu Move, this is my first JDM and Automatic car, i feel something grating under the car or you can say feeling like something scratching (جیسے کوئی چیز رگڑ رہی ہے اِن پنجابی کریس رہی ہے ) and vibration under the floor. Also jarring noise when take light foot on brake. This was also felt usually in Daihatsu Coure AT and JDM Clipper. is it normal or get it checked up?

i own 2013 move custom, been using it for nearly an year now
cant say that i have felt under scratch thing but jarring noise is there when car is in D and brake is half pressed, if brake is pressed full noise goes away just a little vibration remains which is also gone if car is put into N

i have another issue with very low ground clearance, it is totally down when 2 people on rear seats. any solution?

not totally down with 2 people at back but it does scratches on high breakers.
i didn't change tyre profile or added any spacers in order to keep grip and handling
The only solution it to cross slowly and in cross angle
