this vehicle is Karachi city runner in pool with random numbers.
it was dead for almost 12 weeks. problem was starting idling trouble. starts after very long cranks but never idle for more then 20 seconds. MT mechanics failed to bring it to life.
from nearby locality in Karachi different mechanics suggested very screwed up solutions. last being swap the engine. The MT chief being sensible and worked with me for a while called asking help.
So, finally over my recommendation Mr. Irshad Ahmed 0300 223 7538 was called-in he was kind enough to visit on his own transport. Connected scanner and gave very nice history of several error codes for coil short, injectors etc etc. The MT guys were taken by surprise because there was no battery in the vehicle for very long time.
He suggested Tow the vehicle to his workshop so he can work in peace. Vehicle was dropped off at Jamil Autos shahrae quaideen then came the strike & chehlum closure in KHI.
Vehicle was having multiple issues in terms of electrical mess only.
Fluids were changed, Spark Plugs, Injectors cleaned over machine, Coils were changed sourced from scrapyards as we all know new parts for JDM engines are not available in PK.
Fuel filter full of debris was washed clean as replacement from scrapyard was not economical.
Vehicle started very smooth, AC working, acceleration and momentum gain was as it can be no jerks no bogging down. 7 km test drive was very comforting for a dead vehicle for which few ustadz said whole swap. Vehicle collected paid Rs. 25000.00 (parts & fluids for 19500)
Some suspension work is needed which can be delayed but surely from afzaal autos in lines area 0300 2116069, before year end.
