Rocky is indeed a good choice for the area u live in... regarding parts... i think the most widely available kabli parts are that of rocky... most of the desi wranglers, cj5, willys, cj7 hav rocky differentials and gears, steering, break etc etc.
engine and body parts are also available in astable area, rawalpindi... and i think any parts wala in abotabad can arrange them for u.
new parts are also available at Zhob autos and Majid Autos in pindi... definately some one in abotabad must also be keeping parts of rocky or get them for u.
btw my CJ5 also carries rocky machinery 
the rocky above is well maintained good solid machine... we have all seen it performing at offroad trips
