My car's wheel is in following condition. From where can i get it repaired?
Further, i am experiencing bubble in my car at speed of 15-20km. Is this wheel causing it? Thanks

Buy new. Used will also have repair or bents
Replace with newone
Replacing it is ultimate solution but meanwhile, you can ask tyre walaz to hammer it to a round shape again. Then get it re-balanced, hopefully it would be fine. Do inspect the tyre as well as it might also be damaged along with the rim.
