Damaged Windscreen & Door Glasses

Hey Guyz...

I have a company issued Honda City 2013. Last Year in F-7 Markaz, Some young fool damaged my car windscreen and driver side glass by lighting a firework (Annaar) nearby on 14th August.... I have made it checked to couple of Car Guyz however every one is saying that Glass Polish layer is damaged.....

I do frequent visits to my hometown in Punjab at night... The scrashes are not only causing irritation to eye sight but also harboring furthers cratches during car wash ....

Anyone have any solution ... Car is covered with Insurance but Insurance guy says that its not claimable....

Break the glass with hammer and lodge a claim

break the glass allegedly and lodge a claim... exactly what mr asamieh said..... agr phir bhi baat na banay tou get the windscreen changed.... it is extremely dangerous.... as you said that the glass cracks further during car wash, it shows k screen kafi weak hai.... get it repaired... jaan se barh k kuch nahin.... highway pe aksar chotay chotay stones aa k lag jatay hain... it might harm you or others riding with u....

Get your wind screen change ASAP ! Or post its pics, may be experts can find any other way of repairing it...

Safety first, get it replaced ASAP.

You can hammer it.
you dont have to tell them story of fake accident, just tell investigators that it was parked outside home and it got cracked itself, since it was already v weak....

or if they are really QHSE investigators, then you should tell them immediately about condition of your screen, they may approve to get it changed by insurance...

Do hammer it directly, park it near a construction site, go up and either yourself or ask one of the construction workers to drop a brick on the windscreen and make it appear like a mistake. Insurance will accept the claim and QHSE will buy your story

If you want to repair it go to double road near cricket stadium and locate shan wind screen service the guy is expert in repair of wind screen and car lights. I will suggest you to get his opinion before any damage or replacement.

When the company refuses to claim damages and says k chal rahi hai, chalain. Whereas it's supposed to be a legit claim, then one has to take matters into their own hands

Thats what we need to think while selecting insurance company and reading their TOS before signing their long *** forms. I however agree that insurance companies are more or less equally corrupt than our people who do fraud.

Don,t go for fake insurance claim. Simply be honest. Try to convince the insurance guy.
