Things to Take Care at First
First and Foremost: there must be someone who is going to receive you at the airport if you are flying for the first time there or in any new country. I had a gentle man who was there to receive so had no worry for it.
Second: there must be some place to stay or rest booked in advance, this was done by my Darling Friends there. Accommodation is expensive in Dubai. That's why most of the people specially with the family , do job in Dubai and live in Sharjah as it is around 30-40 minutes far. The Rent varies from area to area and condition to condition of the room. I choose to stay in Deira, a cheap place in Dubai which is crowded by Indo-Pak guys who come for earning, you can not feel to be in Dubai while living there 
Accommodation
That was the room having 8 guys ..... and each bed space cost 550 AED around 15000 PKR for a month including internet and other expenses but no meal , no laundry . One thing to remember , AC is a must have there in any shop , restaurant, room... no matter how is the condition but they must have a perfect working AC so go prepared for it. 
Meal
Deira has many Pakistani and Indian restaurant , where Pakistani restaurant are mostly crowded because of taste and varieties. You can easily find Desi Dishes like this in just 5 AED .
Transportation
Metro Stations are itself a piece of Art, Structure and Management . It is also an attractive point for visitors to have a photo inside outside Metro and Stations
The Crucial task is to get understanding of Transport Options, Routes, Fares and its DOs DONTs. The Key to Public Transport is a card named as NOL card. There are 4 options , Red Card is for Tourists and Visitors, Blue Card for Frequent travelers who want their credit secured, Gold card is used to access Gold areas considered as little luxury and comfort and Silver card for frequent travelers . I made silver card of 400 AED enough for one month travel anywhere with in Dubai. If you travel in Gold Card cabin without Gold card or in Ladies / Children cabin , you can be fined 1000 AED if checked by the Officer
For Ease in travelling , you must have a travelling app in your smart phone for understanding the routes , the best one is RTA but it requires internet so i went to the best offline app named as Dubai Metro.
By NOL card , you can travel anywhere in Dubai by Metro and anywhere in UAE by Bus where as Tram is used for very small area around Palm Jumerah in Dubai and mostly used by tourist for shouqia purpose..
Couple of more Travelling Options are Boat which moves from Abraha to the other end , its Fare is just 1 AED and it takes 5 minutes to reach other end , mainly this option is used for Goods Shipment and by the people who wants to enjoy the boat ride.Whereas Taxi is treated as little expensive mean of transport, whose Fare starts after 5 AED from anywhere to anywhere in UAE and 25 AED if you are taking it from airport to anywhere.
