Data not update on excise

Hi, i just sell my car kia Picanto 2022. So the new owner of car show me the excise transfer document with his name / tax paid but it been 1 month till now online on the Sindh excise website it still shows my name. Although the tax has been updated on the day i transferred it and paid the taxes. I know it's a Government office and they don't do anything on time. But they updated the tax info but not owner's name. Why ? can i visit excise and ask them confirmation if it transfered or not yet

sir @aliyangaming70 sindh excise site is not trust worthy. if the documents are transferred and new owner has shown it to you, there is no issue. - tax receipt deposit is in real time so there is no delays but ownership data need to be cyclic updated.

sindh excise IT dept need to update the records when ?? only Allah (swt) knows their update cycling timing
