Dead As Ever - Happens every year between 15 Oct to 15 Feb

The problem of dead host has been a recurring phenomena since past 9 years.

every now & then time out . service error 503, etc. etc. has been taking place.
someone somewhere is not doing justified job to earn the pay cheque.

@hanifbhatti @razasaeed @behram.ali @fazalwahab11375 @Moderator pull the strings tight the noose twist some tails please do some focused effort to sort out chronic issue on priority.

the backend engine need compression test it seems that platform FORUM engine give up more frequently now.
