Vaccum pump
& 1000grams was filled straight achieving the cooling.
And rest 0.03kg wasn't added straight.
Approximately 1000+100 grams was added only in the whole system. Basically we have these float values on all car hvac system. But we never add whole solid range.
After adding the first value like say a Toyota xli 2012 takes 440g then +- 30 so now the strategy is you add 410g and slowly look at the vat values + head pressure values. And slowly revving it to 2-3k rpm mark you observe the headpressure rise. Then slowly you add 10g-10g small shots..
The merc has 1000g and 100g was added additional and then those 100g were balanced later on to see. The cooling was greatest vat reading was 11 degrees when it started tripping on 2 blower speed.
But after tripping for 2 times perfectly and cooling was great. And then clutch was kicking in but low and high readings were static at 100-100 just as Toyota xli solenoid switch fails.
The vaccum pump used was 3.5cfm and it drags 30inches in like 2-4mins but these big systems are vaccumed for longer interval like 20mins approx.
And dual side vaccuming is done.
The issue is not with refrigerant, vaccuming, or any other thing. It is the problem with compressor.
Plus this car was added with refrigerant in charsadda the owner told me and he said the cooling was good for sometime and then again the ac stopped after sometime.
Plus if you've any doubts about 1300grams of refrigerant addition. Will remove 300-400grams from your system just for your satisfaction. And then again will add those 300grams back fresh from r134a cylinder. Don't worry about it. As you know my work quality. So kindly send the car tomorrow or on Sunday will do this.
Thanks.
