Dealership is asking for 3 percent further tax, after depositing full amount

AOA. I booked changan oshan in november with partial payment and then paid remainning amount on 30th november as per pbo. Now, dealership is asking me to pay 3 percent further tax as im inactive sales taxpayer. They did not informed me this at the time of partial booking nor when i paid remaining amount. Even in pbo, they mentioned that sales tax registered and zero amount. Now they are saying that they forgot to check at the time of booking and have two options either you cancel your booking with deduction of 5 percent or have to pay 3 percent further tax. I want to know from you guys what can or what should i do legally against them?

pay the tax. its non filer tax. it was increased recently

Nothing can be done as taxes are imposed and you signed it at time of booking . its written in terms and conditions..

looking at economic crisis arising in country. its unfortunate but no way around..

i suggest you pay it and take the car as even manufacturer cannot do anything abour taxes imposed from govt.
