Decent Sedan in 25 lac budget

Is there any hope or is this a lost cause? 2016 city is around 3M and can't push the budget that far.

Need for family use so boot space is a requirement as for the fuel average if it's around 10-12 that's good enough as i don't drive much.

There's some hope if you're willing to look into a 10'-11' model Corolla Xli or Gli. They will give an avg. of around 13km/l with A/C. You'll have difficulty searching for a clean Corolla because most of those suckers are demanding over 2.7M. But it's not like that's their final price, so you'll have to do some solid negotiating.

11'-13' Honda City also falls within your budget.

If I were to buy a car given the condition that I won't be driving much, I'd go for a clean civic

Also, forget pakwheels, search your local showrooms. Ask people around if anyone's selling a clean car. You'll get nothing but headaches searching on pakwheels. Almost everyone is a scammer nowadays. It looks decent in the pictures but turns out to be crap when you go visit.
Also, I feel like anything above 2.3M for the Corollas and Citys I mentioned is overpriced and not worth it at all. But it is what it is. People don't condem the prices, they don't protest so this is what they get
