Deep scratches on my liana

Assalam O Alaikum Everyone!
Yesterday, I was parking my car into the garage and then suddenly I heard a sound like something is being scratched on the wall, and I was shocked to see that I'd bumped my car into the wall causing a lot of deep scratches. Plus it badly affected the 'Patti' which is often annexed to the doors of most cars, I don't know its name exactly. I have suzuki liana Eminent blue. Can someone please help me that how can I remove the scratches without affecting the resale value of my liana and secondly, Where I can get that genuine 'Patti' from?
Please help me, as I don't want my father to see those scratches.

If possible post pics of damaged area so we can see how deep are the scratches. Also mention if there is any dent as well because in that case you will need a denter too.

I dnt.think it will go away with compund polish. As for patti on the door better share ur location so that members can help u accordingly
