On the other Hand . I recently went abroad to present my paper on HEC funding ... there were 9 guys 3 from isb .. 2 from Lahore .. 2 from Peshawar and 2 from Sindh .... ALL WENT ON HEC FUNDING ..... and I can tell you that there are many Sindhi Brothers who are doing PhD's on HEC funding .. coz i know them personally ...

It all depends on the Weight and value of the research Projects ... SO please dont comment on this sensitive topic without any knowledge ... Coz its sumthin associated with the carrier of Hundreds of students ....

And We are not here to Evaluate HEC ... World knows that they have done Remarkable Job for students and Teachers ... SO Please Support HEc rather critising it...

Bro, I am not just talking about sindhi students, I am talking about Universities in SINDH. I have myself seen my colleagues going on HEC scholarships and grants to pursue higher education abroad. I am just questioning about the ratio, if you see my post I am talking about at what ratio has it been done? My research papers were analysed by those who had M.A. Economics and B.A. degrees while my papers and I belong to computer/software engineering is that how you send papers for proof reading? I guess not. I can quote you many such cases. Go to HEC's website and check the on going projects as well as read the quarterly journal published by HEC and see for yourself how many of your research projects are from Universities of Sindh. If you are saying that here there is no research than I can provide you with our record breaking results as well. The only Doctor of Science i.e. D.Sc resides and is working in Sindh University, recently thar coal project gasification which has become viral is also from Mehran University. We have been denied 100's of projects funding, due to very idiotic reasons!

Please support your case with valid justification.

nahi HEC ko saza nahi mil rahi. infact HEC nay apnay aap par jitni mehnat ki hai woh universities par nahi ki. na hi usko saza mil rahi fake degrees ki. had tu yeh hai kai jab election ho rahi thi tab HEC was sleeping ab unhoun nay uth kai kehdiya kai these ones are fake ones!

u guys must be kidding right ...?? it was a responibility of election comission to get them verified at the time of election which the commission didn't. These degress was verified in june on the order of supreme court ...
