Delivery time of Honda City Aspire - Honda Avenue

Hello everyone
I have booked new honda city aspire 1.3 M/T from Honda avenue. At first when i contacted them they told me that my car will be delivered in just a week and that they have this car in stock, but when i actually booked this car and made the payment they told me that when you book a car an engine number is given by the company so you have to wait for its manufacturing and things like that.
I booked my car on 25 November and now they have given me a snapshot of an excel sheet and delivery date on it is 28 February, while he is saying me that you will get your car in first week of January.
Since the booking sales manager is reluctant to pick up my call.

lolxx bro. . .honda city need 150000 Rs for instant delivery. . .booking period is 45 days minimum and 90 days maximum. . .i booked on 1st nov and got today. . .you will get on mid january

Are you sure he said that they have the car in stock? That was quite unlikely given the demand and supply gap of city these days! If they did that's indeed very unethical on their behalf!

I've been checking for a Honda City Aspire delivery dates myself. And I also found Honda Avenue giving out dates that seemed quite off (and early) compared to Honda Classic and Honda Center and seemed unrealistic. Anyone else had a similar experience with Avenue?

I booked City Aspire 1.5 MT on 6th Jan and got the delivery on 1st Feb 2017 from Honda Gateway Lahore.

I have called Honda centers in Rawalpindi, Islamabad and Lahore. Delivery time is 4 to 5 months. I guess they are competing with Corolla.

Before delivery what tentative date was the honda online system showing you? I booked(1.5 Aspire PT) on .2 Dec and the delivery date showing as 31 Mar. So kinda curious

But I was told at dealership that car will be delivered few days before or after 24.And luckily got it on 15 th
