Well if you compare CG-125 Classic with Deluxe, then obviously Deluxe is better ride. Expensive, but comparatively Better.
BUT ... If you are asked a question. Would you buy the CG-125 (Classic) for 96k? F*ck NO ... NEVER
Keeping that in mind, 112k (which would be without documents i believe) for Deluxe ... Well, sure its beautiful this time ...But the answer is still NO. A BIG NO.
Now ... if someone has 'enough' money in his bank balance then he might not have trouble buying this. But from the Value for Money perspective, Deluxe has always been Ridiculous.
Expensive Spare Parts for it, eats more Fuel than Classic (Carb can't be adjusted and you'll have to drive carefully to achieve 30km/liter from it). Do i need to mention the After Sales value?
As far as the Speed is concerned, If you are hoping that a "New" bike would cross 120km/h then Allah aap ko hidayat day.
Its a FACT that for the bike to achieve its Top Speed, it requires atleast 2 or 3 tunnings. And after that, bike starts to build up its top speed.
I have driven this myself, and it was easily going upto 110km/h. It might have done more, but it was uncontrollable for me so i had to stop.
Heck my neighbor owns a 2010 model Deluxe, 50k Driven and it still goes upto 120km/h easily. (Confirmed by various test drives on Band/Ring Road Lahore, with Cars and other Classic CG-125's)
Whatever man ... Talk about the Black 2012 Model ... Honestly speaking, It urges me to purchase this sexy thing. But the price is the only factor keeping me away from it.
