hey i want to know what is the demand of 2 kanal (1000 sq yard) and 4 kanal (2000 sq yard) plot in defece or clifton in karachi

1000 sq = 4-6 Crores
2000 Sq = 7-9 Crores

Phase 8
1000 Sq = 3-5 Crores
2000 Sq = 4-6 Crores

You will hardly find any plot in Phase 4 n 5
