Dent on bumper of mehran

dears, i recently had a bump on the front bumper of Mehran VXR white there is no crack but a dent near the front indicator light around 2 inches wide and 3/4 inches long...can any body tell how much will it cost to repair it i.e. remove the dent and paint job? also what is the price of new bumper? also any suggestions for good denters in isb/rwp?
