Which lights are you taking about? Do you want to get new halogens for your head lights or do you want to replace them? TYC is a Taiwanese light assembly manufacturer whereas DEPO is also a Taiwanese auto lamp manufacturer which according to my experience is better then TYC .
If you want new headlamps then Toyota original are the best and all definitely last a life time.

Headlights OEM are better.
Don't ever go for depo lights output is not good and no proper coverage.
