I bought a used desktop recently. The specs are as follows:
Dell Precision T3610
Intel Xeon E5-1620 v2 Processor
32GB RAM
NVidia GTX 960 4GB graphics card
1 TB HDD
Price: 46000
Place: Hafeez Center Lahore

I added a couple of other stuff that I had bought previously to the system. These included:
500GB Samsung SSD 860 EVO, bought for around $50 from the US.
