Dewatering radiator

I have recently changed water pump of vitz car, due to problem in bearings. After changing of water pump radiator, there’s dewatering by half of glass after 80 to 90 km drive in this winter season.i have gone though water body . There is no leakage in water body. What will be the reason behind this. Need your guidance.

head gasket is the issue here. test the vehicle 's radiator with water. if water's jumps out on the start ignition and if you will observe the bubbles in the radiator then it must be head gasket which has been blown. which model of vitz do you have.? sorry.i am replying after 9 days

does your car showing any heating sign on dashboard.? and any related check light.?
if your car has been heated with water reduction then you can face problems in piston position and head cylinder. or piston rings.
the heating related issue in vitz leads also to some other codes as well.
1-EGR (exhaust gas recirculation)
2-manifold fault (bhatti)
3-the oxygen sensor which is attached on manifold by the wiring of engine.
