Please don't think about it... its a scam... I'm a real estate agent & i only deals in DHA Lahore... Ive done some home work on this for my client & the conclusion is in the end that its a third party who's selling the files, which is normally not happened in DHA.

2nd there is a land dispute on high level, the land they want to acquire is not available yet.

3rd if you want to invest, invest in Lahore or bought DHA Gujranwala files (which is in under DHA Lahore).

@sahilkhan689 no its not under DHA lahore sir... I've confirmed it from Bahawalpur as well as DHA Lahore.

only DHA Gujranwala is in under DHA Lahore... DHA Multan & Bahawalpur are independent.. there file/plot transfers are in there cities offices.

If it is a scam i will forego the 11000 paid by me just for the fact that they had the balls to run a scam using dha name ..

Dha is never a scam .. Land precurement issues are always there in every society when buying huge lands . Dha handles it best , eventually .

As per my research, dha bahawalpur plots in market are being traded by people who got reciprocal arrangements for their land given to dha bahawalpur. For rest of the people who want plots on installments, balloting is on the way. location of dha bahawalpur, like any other dha, is considerably distant from main city.
