The new property tax is: If you buy a plot for 1 crore and sell it for 2 crore within 5 years time you will have to pay 10% tax on profit which will be 10 lacs.
Secondly you should invest in phase 6 plots which have possession.. As it is easy to keep and sell when you think you should sell.
Phase 7 and others do not have possession so when there is rumours of dha balloting prices goes up and other wise drops.. And no one knows when one will get possession.
A friend sold such a plot few months back.
