Guys, what is your take on it. should we invest on it or not? I live in Islamabad and want to invest in some property max 2 million on installments.

DHA is safe investment one of my colleague from Lahore bought 1 kanal file around 40 lacs 1 year back and now file rate is 56 lacs, The project is delayed due to land acquisition process but when Army is behind there is no chance of failure. make sure you buy plot/ file from authorized dealer.

Right now Development in Multan is at pace this city was neglected until Gillani become prime minister and road structure improved, Now after Metro project ,international airport and construction of star hotels , investors are considering Multan as good opportunity because LHR,KHI and ISL are already filled with so many projects.

Nop not wise to invest at all now...dha gave too hell of plots 5 marla plots are in thousands...one can buy to keep but not for investment...those who earned have done it...wont be profitable enough to now invest
