brother i m not a dealler actually i need money so however i m selling i paid 50 thousand when form submitted now next installment will pay on 28th and about profit so in market 1 lac to 1.5 lac is going if any body have plot so please just wait cos after the fill opening price will rise

^^^^ 50,000 rupees Quarterly (every 3 months) ^^^^

Cost: 50,000 down.
Membership : 27,000.
Installments : 50,000 x 12 (i think 12 or maybe 11).

Total cost : about 7 lacs.

But keep 1 thing in mind, this area where dha valley is located will get a little populated in atleast 10 to 15 years.
Also they will charge Development charges later.
(which will be in Lacs, not in thousands)
Still not bad, cause its dha.
