At first, I am sorry for entering an incomplete contact number.

Bro, I have gathered some info on internet to know about the general public reviews and thoughts of those people who have purchased a plot in DHA Valley. It looks that people are not happy for this purchase and they are repenting after investing money in DHA Valley. There is no proper mechanism of issuing receipts to those members who pay quarterly installments and people are worried about this. No body is sure where his plot is located because DHA has not issued any such location or plot number to them. So this is very strange. I am sorry I can’t invest my money in that strange project. Please don’t mind if you find anything bad in this post.

I just want to say ... please check the prices of plots in the phases that DHA has already developed.

DHA Phase I/II

Also its only a matter of 2-3 years, then the situation will be inverse.

Now come to your point of people repenting on investing montey in this problem...

What happened is that people applied for more than one plots in the name of DHA and this time DHA approved almost all the applications that resulted in the victims like me...

I am having two plots but i can't afford to pay installments of both of them. I have to sale one at any cost.... but keep in mind, I'll retain the other one with me as property always pays off....
