i have this 5 marla DHA valley plot up for sale..as i need money for a project.. all installments are paid n up to date.. i believe a total of 325000 has been paid up till now...Im not too sure abt the market price of these plot..

Its a 3 years installmanet plan, @ 50000 every three months.. for a total worth of 665000....next installment due on 26 feb 2010 i believe, the plot has been aloted as well in the least ballet..Its in my brothers name..

Unfortunately, this is not the time to sell this plot. 5 installment paid is selling at the loss of Rs 60,000/-. You may wait for a year or so at least for beak-even.

^^^ u r are right but this was the situation abt 3 weeks back when the installment was due and people tend to sell it to avoid installment it was goin at a loss of 40 to 50 k... but situation is different now....you can confirm wid the market rates..
