Did anyone use Sony DSC-HX1 Digital Camera?

Hi,

Did anyone use Sony DSC-HX1 digital camera??? .
i want to know some info about this camera.
hows its camera result and wots good points n Poor points it has.
i have used Sony w350, but not satisfied its result.
so can anyone tell me in details about Sony DSC-HX1 features.
is Sony HX1 worth buying or Not.

Sony w350 is a pretty good basic camera! i think you want some real photography thing!

yes. i m looking some real photography.

Why all Sony camera has only 72dpi in every pic even hx1 also has 72dpi and all compact cameras. how ever Nikon camera produce 300 dpi in every pic.

i also want to know what is the difference between 72dpi vs 300dpi.
what i knew 300dpi pic is more real n true image pixel as compare to 72dpi.

Well i m not professional photographer . but i m looking a good digital camera capture excellent image quality n true color. so suggest me a good camera in Nikon or Sony. i have used Sony w350 but not satisfied its image quality.

So can anyone also tell me about Nikon Coolpix S9100, S8100. Both Nikon has almost same functions but S8100 has 10x Optical zoom and S9100 has 18X zoom.s9100 has better functions

For IQ and true colour, how can you forget Canon. Canon is known to produce very excellent colours and details. If you want a all rounder compact camera then you can buy Canon S95 (but its on higher side) or look ixus series.

IMO Sony cameras are good only for people who dont want to play with settings or just amazed to see 12+ magapixels and only picture (they dont mind the quality and noise). For nikon S9100 is good camera but do note that as you zoom more you loose IQ on every PnS. Do have a look at Panasonic ZS7. Its better than S9100

Actually i m interested in Nikon , Canon and Sony. and i want Point n Shoot Camera . and also Looking that camera has CMOS censor. i wont get conventional CCD Censor .

i saw some canon camera result but it produced blurry image.

sony pic is 72dpi
canon pic 180dpi
nikon pic 300dpi
