the tune up is done when the timing belt is changed out, at that time, coolant is exchanged (if time is up), pump timing is checked, tappets are adjusted as required. - I personally also changed valve seals too while at it - but that task is not possible for weed smoking disillusioned mechanics that are plenty around in Pakistan.
while at it - the ATF is also exchanged if time is up - usually I setup customers that their ATF change and other services time co-incide so they have lesser downtime.
belt is done every 100,000 kms. - meaning every 10th oil change.
