Use diesel but after it is sprayed and on the car for 5 min get those areas cleaned with surf and water, this is recommended for only the mechanical parts around the bottom of the car. Doing this with your engine is not advised. Secondly use clean diesel and not used oil that most of the car washers are fond of using.

people usually does it for there own satisfaction so that the car is sound free from any noise coming from the bottom of the car but they usually dont know about its bad affect

i stopped spray after service but my question is how to remove and clean old oil sprayed (many times) after service and dust sticked with it?

Useful info:
i wash my car at home. it takes 1.30 hour including engine. Because when we go to service station brake rotors and engine is very hot.
They pour cold water and it suddenly cools down the metal. Process is called quenching which causes wrapping of metal.
And finally engine life reduces + deshaped brake rotors.

Well, diesel is a light crude oil distillate and it forms a barrier between oxygen and parts that can rust, so the first half of your statement is not accurate. However, it is definitely not good for rubber and plastic parts, so I agree on that.
