What is the diffrence between TX and TZ and TX limited ? in 1997 model Prado
What is ECT for and 2nd start option ? Their is also a PWR button near gear lever what is that for ?
Does all Prado come with Diff locks if No than how can i check ?
Their is H and HL option on small lever What is HL for ?
Is Prado all wheel drive ?

tx don't have dual ac and TZ is a japans domestic parado .. you can have sunroof in tx but no dual ac ..

TX is basic model. No accessories.
TX Limited comes with single A/C and sunroof and a bit of wooden panelling.
TZ comes with dual A/C

These are basic differences.

TZ also comes with sunroof, wooden panelling, leather seats, fabric seats, heated seats, electric seats. There are different versions in a TZ.

What is ECT for and 2nd start option ? Their is also a PWR button near gear lever what is that for ?

ECT in basic simple terms means that the engine exerts all its power in every gear. The jeep/car will shift each gear when the RPM touches the red line.

Does all Prado come with Diff locks if No than how can i check ?

NO

Their is H and HL option on small lever What is HL for ?

Small lever is for 4*4 gear and 4*2. Also known as High and Low gears

Is Prado all wheel drive ?

It can be converted into all wheel drive by using the small gear lever.

i also want to know how to check if it has diff locks or not..i saw a prado showing diff lock sign on left bottom of its meter but there was no button to engage that.

the button is on the right hand side of the steering (on the dash)
